Shipping & Processing

• Processing Time: Please allow approximately 1 week for your handcrafted spice rack to be prepared for shipment.

• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

• An adult signature is required upon delivery to help ensure your order arrives safely.

• Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

• If delivery cannot be completed, UPS may hold your package for pickup at a designated location. It is the buyer's responsibility to retrieve the package within UPS's hold period.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package from UPS, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return and any reshipment costs. Reshipment will be arranged once these charges have been paid.

• If you no longer wish to receive your order after it has been returned, any refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy and may be reduced by any shipping charges incurred.
